In this epsiode Chiara Rossetti, Devon Harris, Helena Mooney and I share our thoughts about the communication between parent and child. We also share our personal experience and what we have learned from that.

In this part we touch on the importance of learning new ways of communicating yet staying true to ourselves and where we are at. We touch on the importance of staying authentic and on the importance to differentiate between our own learned ways of thinking/responding to what we truly value and is important to us in our communication.
We also talk about how we can acknowledge and see our child without using praise.
